1. Purpose

IP Lock preserves the integrity and value of RAMBERT.MIND™ by enforcing identity-linked provenance, limiting derivative misuse, and preventing unauthorized commercialization or retraining.

2. Ownership & Rights

All system artifacts (including models, components, prompts, frameworks, tools, and branding) are proprietary to Company. Nothing in any documentation grants implicit rights absent an executed license agreement.

3. Controls & Monitoring

On-chain or timestamped provenance markers for releases.
License entitlements cryptographically linked to the buyer’s legal identity.
Runtime telemetry and audit logs for licensor compliance and enterprise reviews.
Automated drift and misuse detection, including retraining and exfiltration signals.

4. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, extraction, retraining, fine-tuning, or model merging without written authorization.
Resale, renting, sublicense, or shared multi-tenant use beyond contracted rights.
Security test publishing or adversarial models without prior coordinated disclosure.

5. Enforcement

Company enforces rights through technical controls, contractual remedies, DMCA, and legal actions where required. Violations may result in license termination and damages.
