1. Provenance

All RAMBERT.MIND™ artifacts are timestamped on-chain and signed with deterministic audit markers. This establishes authorship, lineage, and authenticity of models, datasets, documents, and deployments.

2. Authorized Use

Only licensed entities may use or integrate RAMBERT.MIND™ assets. Use is limited strictly to the rights and scopes defined in the executed license.

3. No Derivatives Without Consent

Derivative works, adaptations, or model re-training using RAMBERT.MIND™ assets require prior written authorization.

4. Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in immediate revocation, injunctive relief, and damages. Violations may be logged and reported for legal action.
