1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RAMBERT.MIND™ platform, intellectual frameworks, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the system.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All frameworks, models, documents, and digital assets under RAMBERT.MIND™ are protected by copyright, trademark, and blockchain timestamping. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Licensing

Access to RAMBERT.MIND™ is granted only through an approved license agreement. Licensing tiers and associated rights are governed by separate contracts, which must be signed before any use or deployment.

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, copying, or derivative works without express written approval.
• No sublicensing, resale, or transfer of rights without prior consent.
• Use is limited to the agreed scope within the executed licensing agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

RAMBERT.MIND™ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Neither the owner nor WorldStarPromo Enterprises LLC shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the system.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
